The customer service at Galpin is absolutely fantastic from calling to make an appointment, driving in to drop off the car, getting a rental, dropping off the rental and picking up my washed and repaired car. Our service advisor, Derrick Costley, is so on the ball, so pleasant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He takes care of everything without hesitation. The entire experience from purchase to car repair at Galpin has always been outstanding. I wouldn't waist my time going anywhere else! Thank you.
