MyFirstEV California Cash is funded in equal parts by the California Air Resources Board
(CARB) and Ford Motor Company. MyFirstEV California Cash is part of California Climate
Investments, which uses billions of Cap-and-Invest dollars to fund projects that reduce
harmful emissions, protect public health, strengthen local economies, and support natural
environments. With a strong focus on communities most impacted by pollution and limited
access to resources, California Climate Investments helps build a more equitable and
sustainable future.
2. FTC CARS RULE & PRICE DISCLOSURES:
– New Vehicle Program (#33266): Eligible new zero-emission light-duty vehicles with an
MSRP of $50,000 or less receive a total incentive of $3,500 ($1,750 state funded / $1,750
OEM match). Total Offering Price before incentive application, itemized fees, taxes,
and finance terms will be provided prior to contract execution. Incompatible with standard
Retail Customer Cash.
– Pre-Owned Vehicle Program (#33268): Eligible Ford Blue Advantage (FBA) pre-owned vehicles
at least two model years old with a sale price of $25,000 or less receive a total incentive
of $1,750 ($875 state funded / $875 OEM match).

3. ELIGIBILITY & RETENTION COVENANT:
Buyer/Lessee self-attests under penalty of perjury to being a first-time purchaser/lessee
of a zero-emission vehicle in California. Purchaser/Lessee must be a California resident.
Vehicles with open NHTSA safety recalls or salvaged titles pursuant to CVC § 544 are strictly excluded

4. FOUR-YEAR CALIFORNIA REGISTRATION MANDATE:
Pursuant to CARB Grant Agreement terms, the vehicle receiving this incentive must remain
registered and operated within the State of California for a minimum of four (4) consecutive
years from the date of purchase/lease. Resale, re-lease, or transfer outside the State
of California prior to the conclusion of the 4-year term is prohibited and may subject the
recipient/dealer to incentive repayment and clawback.

5. PRIVACY NOTICE:
Personal Information (PII) collected for the MyFirstEV program is used solely for CARB
grant validation, VIN tracking, and program auditing. Customer data will not be used
for unauthorized commercial remarketing without express written consent.
