This Porsche represents an excellent example from the final year of production for the 356C model prior to the introduction of the all-New Porsche 911.One of only 588 Porsche 356C Cabriolets built for this final model year, this recently restored example is offered for sale today in Champagne Yellow over a Black Leather interior, (mirroring the original specification). This example is powered by a 1,582cc Overhead Valve Flat 4-Cylinder engine, (rated as being capable of 75hp) mated to a matching numbers 4-Speed Manual Transmission.Referencing the available Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, chassis number 161821 was specified with the following options upon completion of the build on February 2nd, 1965.- Michelin Tires 165/15- Exterior Thermometer- Two Leather Headrests- Compensating Spring- Blaupunkt Radio- 1 Set of Hubcaps with Crest- Two Loud Speakers with Antenna- 1 Set of Koni Shock Absorbers- Special Paint (Champagne Yellow/6405- One Pair Safety Belt Diagonal/Lap- Chrome Horn Ring- Brake Shoe Expander- Luggage Rack in Silver Metallic (Not present)The odometer is currently reflecting a total of 33,931 miles but due to the odometer only being five digits, the True Mileage is Unknown.
